By accessing or using any of YellowHak's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by YellowHak. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

YellowHak provides professional cybersecurity services including, but not limited to, Advanced Adversary Emulation, red teaming, threat emulation, Infrastructure Stress Testing, Targeted Attack Simulation and related consulting. Our services are offered to legal entities for lawful security evaluation purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to engage YellowHak for security testing activities and that you will obtain all required permissions or legal authorizations for any system or infrastructure being tested. You agree not to misuse our services or request services that may lead to illegal activity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, reports, code, and deliverables generated by YellowHak remain the intellectual property of YellowHak unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for internal purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YellowHak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where YellowHak is legally registered. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in that region.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
